Vail60S is a single-sided Resort Extrusion with a 60mm wide profile. This extrusion has a solid outside finish. Because the profile width is so thick, VAIL-60S is especially good for free-standing large images (tall or wide) because it is more stable than the skinnier profile widths; however, it can be wall mounted or hung overhead. When installing the fabric graphic, the keter can fit 12mm deep and 3mm wide into the keter trough. This extrusion is not compatible with lights (cannot be backlit).
Case Cut:
The "case cut" option includes a split and connector for the horizontal and/or vertical frame profiles, allowing them to fit into a smaller box or hard case. For instance, a standard 3ft x 8ft frame typically comprises (2) 3ft profiles and (2) 8ft profiles. In contrast, a case cut 3ft x 8ft frame contains (2) 3ft profiles and (4) 4ft profiles. Two of the 4ft profiles can be connected to form the two 8ft lengths required for the frame.

Suggested Uses: Retail Stores, Restaurants, Art Galleries, Grand Openings, Trade Shows, Offices, Showrooms, Backdrop, Photo-ops, Partition Wall, Step & Repeat, Etc. Print Process: Full Color Dye Sublimation Hardware Setup: : To make one edge of the frame, take two cut VAIL-60S extrusions and, between, add Split Connector; tighten. Repeat this twice. Take one completed 10' edge and one 7' edge and slide in Corner Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times. Vertically insert ends of VAIL-40C into top and bottom of the frame; tighten. Graphic Installation: Transversely, push corners of graphic into the frame's recessed groove. Then, starting midway on the frame going toward the corners, continue pushing in the straight edges of the graphic on all four sides.
